Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after cut-off hours or during peak seasons may require additional processing time.

  • Once dispatched, customers receive shipment details and tracking information via email/SMS.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship across India through reputed logistics partners.

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 4–8 business days, depending on destination and serviceability.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values as part of promotional campaigns.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries, subject to destination regulations.

  • Delivery timelines typically range from 7–15 business days, excluding customs clearance delays.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • GUCCHI ensures compliant packaging and documentation; however, clearance timelines are governed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

  • All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-evident, and moisture-resistant packaging.

  • We follow strict hygiene and handling protocols to ensure products reach customers in optimal condition.

  • Due to the natural and artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma are normal and do not affect quality.

Important Notes

  • GUCCHI shall not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer may result in delivery failure; re-shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.

  • Bulk, institutional, and export orders may be governed by separate contractual terms.
